This is not a speech about how, as women, we can “have it all”. I want us to be empowered, to decide for ourselves, what that “all” is. I will discuss how technology helps remove barriers, not just for play but also empowers for equity and inclusion at work.
I could have talked about our beautiful products, and how tech has facilitated our innovation. What I have really noticed though, as a female senior leader at PlayStation, is that tech has proven itself vital for enabling our values.
