Speaker Bio
Yas is a designer specialising in user experience. With over five years experience in the industry, she has covered financial services, insurance, automotive and government sector roles. She enjoys building relationships between silo’ed teams, regularly undertaking cross-disciplinary roles supporting Research, Service Design and UI designers.
Outside of client work, she helps lead Inclusive design and accessibility training internally to over 200 colleagues and leads content development for the FinEd team going into schools: making financial education accessible and understandable to young people across the UK.
Outside of work, she loves stand-up paddleboarding, gorge walking (scrambling and walking through rivers), and learning about sea creatures.
