Over the course of her career, Theodora Costley-White has amassed over 20 years of expertise as a technical leader for B2C and B2B brands, as well as for top agencies and technology platforms. Her skillset extends to a wide variety of digital workspace, marketing, and operations solution development for domestic and international rollouts, as well as enabling Enterprise and Solution Architecture, Automation, AI and Machine Learning, Product Development and Product Management in both Software and IoT. She also has a business background and couples the technology transformations with the people side through Change Management.
Theodora has served as Technology Director for a number of well-known Global companies including Microsoft and now leverages her experience in software engineering, product development, and digital transformation to advise startups on how to implement these technologies in their businesses.
Theodora has shown a deep dedication to improving diversity and wellness in the tech industry during her whole career. With backing from local businesses, she established the Southwest Women’s Tech Coterie in 2020. Theodora is committed to helping women in technology reach their full potential and is enthusiastic about building a more welcoming and equal profession.
