Tatiana has extensive experience leading engineering teams in small and large organisations.

With a strong technical background and passion about technology and automation, Tatiana believes in the importance of building a company culture based on trust and collaboration and building high performance teams through Devops and Test Automation and Engineering Best practices.

Tatiana worked as a Software Engineer from the beginning of her career then moved to the BBC as Tech Lead in 2013, Nutmeg Invest in 2015 and  Clim8 Invest as Director of Engineering in 2020 until 2021 when she moved to Bionic..

Fun Fact: Tatiana won several medals as a figure skater in her young age.
