Sarah is a talented leader specialising in, Transformational Change and Cyber Security. 

Sarah has been with Aviva for 20 years and has built an in-depth knowledge of the financial services market. Sarah was instrumental in the formulation of Aviva’s Cyber Resilience Strategy alongside the delivery of security improvements across the group. 

More broadly than Cyber security Sarah has a strong background delivering technology transformation across multiple distribution channels, including many of Aviva’s award-winning platforms. She has led large operational teams and embedded Operational Resilience.

Sarah is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, actively sponsoring initiatives both within and outside of Aviva. Sarah has a passion for people, drive for action and personal integrity. Sarah nurtures talent and enables the growth of personal resilience within her teams.
