Speaker Bio
Pam is a people centric leader, focussed on achieving genuine business value through Technology. She joined Sky in 2016 and has held various roles spanning Customer Management & Engineering Technologies, delivering new business capabilities such as Sky Q, and more recently establishing an internal Corporate Systems (ERP) team that has helped Sky to achieve its group operating model. This global ERP team partners closely and strategically with Sky’s corporate functions: HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance.
Prior to Sky, Pam has held many transformational technology roles across different industries, such as the Design & Engineering industry (AtkinsRealis) and the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (Unilever). She has a passion for driving technology & business strategy forwards, collaborating effectively for overall business success, and mentoring our upcoming diversity of talent.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems & Business Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology.
