Speaker Bio

Maddie is an Agile Coach who works at the intersection of technology, business, and people, with experience in industries from product development to cybersecurity services. Her first “unrealistic” dream was to become a specialist in the development of modern China, which started with her moving to the country when she was 18 and culminated in a full Master’s scholarship to one of China’s top universities. Now working in tech, she continues to go after the “unrealistic” alongside serving as a Technical Board Advisor for a charity conducting environmental reporting on China. One of her big joys in life is contributing to initiatives that support women to reach all that they are capable of.
