Leanne Lawton has been with HSBC since 2014 and has been leading Engagement Programmes in HSBC Technology for the past five years – working primarily in driving and developing female talent pipelines in technology roles. HSBC is proud to be a diverse employer and celebrates women in technology.
Additionally Leanne is a Life & Executive Coach and passionately believes in every person’s ability to carve out a fulfilling, challenging career and lead a balanced life. Leanne is a new mum, having returned to work in September, and lives with her partner and young son in Kent.
