Laura leads the digital organisation within the newly formed Low Carbon Solutions business in Shell, which develops and scales impactful decarbonisation pathways for customers across hard-to-abate transport and industry sectors.
Throughout her 24 years working in IT & Digital, Laura has always loved being on the leading edge of change. She is passionate about bringing new perspectives to the table, identifying opportunities for evolution and transformation, and building internal and external partnerships to bring the best minds together to solve some of our biggest challenges. She is a vocal advocate for diversity and acts as a catalyst for change in driving towards an inclusive workplace for all.
Outside work, Laura enjoys being outdoors, exploring the UK countryside and coastline, on foot, by bike or with a hang glider through the air!
