Kendal is the CEO and founder of Untapped AI – a hybrid coaching company – using the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) of women to combine Human & AI in coaching. Through over 200 million EQ related data points expertly curated through the capture of thousands of coaching sessions predominately by women with exceptional EQ – she wants to fine tune the build of LLMs – making them safer, and more emotionally intelligent and engaging. She has spoken at Davos and for the World Economic Forum and would love to motivate  women to be instrumental in shaping the future of Generative AI.

Fun Fact: “Running a tech business without knowing how to turn on my TV?” Kendal is a single mum of 5 children, a psychologist and still struggles to turn on her TV despite running a hybrid Human & AI business that she started 9 years ago.
