Jo has a background in leading high-performing businesses and teams in the world of workforce solutions, delivering results for both private equity backed small businesses, and major divisions of a FTSE 100. She has operated across recruitment, workforce transformation and global research within multiple sectors including government, health, financial services, energy and technology.
Fun Fact: Jo started playing golf at the end of 2022; with her first competition win under her belt she is on a personal mission to halve her handicap by the end of the year.
