Ilana Simons, Sales Director at Braze, responsible for leading a new business sales team for small to medium sized businesses, across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
With extensive experience in the SaaS technology industry, she has worked with both startups and large corporations, specialising in sales and business development across EMEA and South-East Asia.
Passionate about empowering others in their career journeys, Ilana actively supports women in the tech industry as a leader, mentor, and friend. She serves on the women’s ERG leadership committee at Braze and has been a featured speaker at numerous public events advocating for women in tech.
Additionally, Ilana has a strong commitment to volunteerism, having volunteered for a national ambulance service and dedicated her efforts to improving digital literacy for children in Asia.
