Over the last 12 years my career has been focused on helping organisations and people to transform. Passionate about developing people, as Director of Performance and Development (FCIPD), I am responsible for curating the Grayce Development Programmes enabling organisations across the UK to unlock the potential of diverse emerging talent. To date I am proud to say our Grayce Development Programmes have successfully launched thousands of meaningful careers. As a Director and member of the Leadership Team, I sponsor and champion initiatives that help us to shape meaningful careers with a focus on continuous development and building the digital leaders of the future.
