Speaker Bio
Emma is a Director in the FastTrack Centre for M365 at Microsoft. This is the organisation that onboards customers to the Microsoft M365 Cloud Platform. She is responsible for Teams and M365 Copilot.
Emma has 25 years’ experience in the Tech Industry and over 18 years leading Technical Teams across EMEA. She has worked in Support, Services, Engineering and now Cloud Onboarding. Her career has spanned different customer segments including Enterprise, Partner and Consumer.
Emma is passionate about people development, increasing diversity and leading change. She views work as a place where you should be able to be authentic, constantly learn and feel fulfilled. A feeling of connection and belonging is important to Emma and she sees her role as a leader is to create an environment where people can belong, be safe, speak up and help each other grow.
