Anne is a people-first leader and executive with over 30 years of experience in the consumer tech industry. She lived and worked across Europe and North America and today leads the global IT organisation (350 ppl across 10+ countries) of Logitech Chief Information Officer (CIO).
It is her purpose to make a difference. People are at the centre of this purpose as she cultivates and curates a strong team of talented individuals. She believes in “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts” and thus fosters collaboration and a mindset of openness, agility, and innovation. To her, empowerment and trust in your team are the keys to success.
Before entering IT, Anne held leadership positions in Supply Chain. Her focus on partnering with the business and understanding company priorities is reflected in how she runs her organisation as well as in her vision of the future of IT: An organisation with an in-depth understanding of business realities and goals that creates value through an appropriate balance between business focused services and IT enablement & technology services.
Anne is one of only 19%* of women holding a CIO position in a Fortune 500 company/ 27% of FTSE 100 companies. Being a mother of three boys and an executive, she is an example for many others. A responsibility she takes at heart as she actively drives gender equality within her organisation – within her IT leadership team 44% are women – at Logitech.
