Jayne Opperman
With over 25 years' experience in the financial and technology sector, Jayne has led diverse teams focused on leveraging technology to transform businesses. She has specialised in customer channels, operations, and using data to drive personalisation for customers. Jayne has held roles at several prominent financial institutions in the UK, Australia, and Asia, including Citi, Westpac, ANZ, Barclays and most recently Lloyds Banking Group.
Jayne re-joined Lloyds Banking Group in December 2022, the UK's largest digital bank with over 23 million digital users. As the CEO of Consumer Relationships, she is at the heart of the Group’s growth strategy, focusing on deepening consumer relationships through outstanding customer experiences and personalised engagement.
Jayne has a passion for technology ignited by the possibilities it offers to solve real pain points for customers. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded projects that have challenged traditional thinking and working methods, to make a real impact in her field. Since rejoining Lloyds Banking Group, she has led the transformation of their mobile banking apps, as well as new customer propositions, features and tools to support customers on a range of needs from everyday banking to key life events.
