Tayo Oseni-Alexis is a Lead Technical Programme Manager at Tesco, currently delivering strategic Infrastructure Engineering Technology programmes delivered through multiple squads based in UK, Central Europe, and India.

Tayo has been at Tesco for 10 years as a Programme Manager in many different functions including Online, F&F, Supply Chain, Clubcard, International Tills, Commercial and Infrastructure. Tayo has a deep commitment to empowering others to become the best version of themselves. She mentors current and aspiring Technical Programme Managers. Tayo is passionate about the development of women and girls in all areas, and she is co-chairs Tesco’s Global Women in Technology which has the mandate to move the dial on gender balance in technology and to retain, inspire women at all stages of their Tesco tech career.  Outside of work Tayo is a school governor at Grays Convent High School for girls supporting Strategy, finance, and Curriculum. She is also certified Life Coach and certified Hypnotherapist whose mission to help people expand, personally grow, and thrive as they move into an amplified life.
