Sophie Harrison is the Director of Delivery at University College London, where she leads of team of 150 to deliver technology change across the whole of the university. An English-Lit-grad-turned-accidental-IT-analyst, Sophie has enjoyed a varied career through scale ups, consultancy and enterprise IT departments.  At work Sophie is particularly passionate about delivery complex technology change, driving cultural transformation and empowering and encouraging women in IT to achieve their potential. Outside of work she can likely be found running, cooking, or reading.
