Silky is an innovator, speaker and senior executive leader of global engineering & product organisations for the last two decades, notably at GoStudent, Anaplan, CDK and CISCO. She has led organisations at multiple startups and scaleups as well, with successful exits to Cisco, Cambridge Silicon Radio, Aeroflex, Qualcomm and Samsung. 

She is currently running a startup advisory as a Chief Technology and Product Officer for driving Engineering and Product excellence, working with a portfolio of Scaleups, Unicorns, Founders, PE, VCs as well as at Enterprise level to lead Strategic Engineering and Product Direction from vision to execution as a Player-Coach with the C-level and Senior Leadership teams

She is on the board of WiBD EMEA and runs the UK&I chapters and champions the career of women and marginalised groups into Deep Tech.
