Sara is the Head of Operational Risk at financial technology organisation, LMAX Group. She leads security and governance strategy and iniatives focused on customer assurance and compliance. She spearheaded the Group's SOC 1 report, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001 certification cementing her commitment to operational excellenc, security and sustainability.

Sara has over two decades of experience and has held senior roles with Airbus, Gatwick Airport and ISS Facility Services. Sara is passionate about elevating minority voices and supporting women in technology. She is an advocate for women both internally and externally, and leads an internal employee resource group dedicated to women in all departments and at all levels at LMAX Group.
