Sam Millward joined the Firm in 2023 and is the head of Corporate Oversight & Governance Technology and is a member of the Corporate Technology Leadership Team. She comes from Goldman Sachs, where she’s had a 25+ year career working across a range of business areas including Finance, Controls & Reconciliations, Regulatory & Compliance Engineering; Investment Banking Technology; and Core Engineering. Sam holds a degree in Computer Science from University College London.
