Sadie Neve
Sadie is a Lead Optimisation Manager with 9 years of experience in digital experimentation. Having worked at Tesco for the last 3 years, she has paid a pivotal role in educating, managing and optimisation experimentation programmes across Clubcard, Personalisation and Media initiatives. Passionate about the Women in Technology movement, she has been an active member of the Tesco WiT steering committee since joining. Sadie is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion within the business, leveraging her expertise to drive impactful results and inspire the next generation. Her Women in Technology efforts have recently been recognised by her industry with her being shortlisted for ContentSquare's Women of the Year.
