Rama Varsani is the Director of Solution Consulting at ServiceNow, where she partners with customers to drive successful digital transformations. With a focus on helping organizations understand the power of digital workflows, Rama guides businesses in achieving operational efficiency and strategic growth. She holds a degree in Computing from the University of Westminster.  Throughout her career, Rama has held various leadership roles within the technology and software consulting sectors. She has built expertise in software solutions, team leadership, and customer success, with a track record of helping sales organizations and clients maximize their operational efficiencies. 

Rama is a board member of Community Bots, Learning to Work, and Outward Housing, and is actively involved in fostering diversity and inclusion as a co-chair of the Women’s Belonging Group at ServiceNow. Rama is also a STEM ambassador, volunteering at schools to inspire the next generation of technologists, particularly young girls exploring STEM fields.
