Nicole is passionate about diversity and inclusion initiatives and has brought her expertise from esteemed organizations such as the National Trust and Nationwide Building Society to Flagstone, where she supports engineers in achieving their best. She advocates for leveraging career collateral to enhance cross-functional skills and career progression. As a neurodiversity evangelist, Nicole attributes part of her career success to her ADHD, actively promoting understanding and support for neurodiverse individuals in the workplace.
