Marine Ruhamanya is a Cybersecurity Senior Manager at Accenture with over 14 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies secure their environments. She has a proven track record of leading complex security projects and engaging executive stakeholders to deliver impactful results. 

Her accomplishments span developing cyber strategies, leading cyberattack recovery efforts, designing cyber organizational changes, establishing policy frameworks, developing metrics and reporting for board and tactical teams, and implementing technical security solutions across IT and OT/Industrial environments. 

Strongly committed to Operational Technology (OT) security, an emerging field focused on securing industrial physical environments often underpinning our critical infrastructures, she advises organisations on designing and implementing robust measures to prevent cyber disruptions to essential services. 

Marine is frequently invited to share her insights as a panellist and to collaborate with other cyber women leaders. 

Passionate about nurturing the next generation of security professionals, she takes great joy in training junior consultants at the Accenture Security Academy and in mentoring many, often from underrepresented groups.

She has recently been recognised as a Most Inspiring Cyber Women 2025 nominee and a Black Tech Achievement Cyber Person of the Year 2025 finalist.
