Marina Belezina is a strategist with over 20 years of experience in Financial Services. She is currently the Group Director of Strategy and Innovation at Aviva, responsible for shaping the strategy of the Aviva Group and overseeing innovation activity. Prior to joining Aviva, Marina worked at strategic advisory firm, Marakon a Charles River Associates Company, for 19 years, where she was a Director in the Financial Services Practice. She has extensive experience working with senior executives of leading insurers and banks in the UK, Europe, and North America. Marina holds an MBA from London Business School, and MSc in Economics and Mathematics from Kemerovo State University
