Over a nearly 20 year career in Tech, Kate has successfully delivered global software rollouts, been involved in the "original" e-commerce boom, built Technology teams and departments from the ground up, lead business and digital transformation projects in Hospitality, Retail and CPG industries and developed an unashamed love for Cyber Risk management and Agile governance!  

Passionate about building cross-functional fusion teams, ensuring seamless technology and business integration and leading diverse teams to continuously learn, evolve and thrive together; Kate is also a DEI leader, with a focus on Women in Leadership initiatives, People Development and Mentoring.
