Kasia has spent 20 years in the tech industry, building a versatile and accomplished career in Consultancy Services and Technology, with a particular focus on emerging tech talent.

Over the years, she has had the privilege of spearheading award-winning DEI initiatives, including programs for women returners, neurodiversity, and AVTalent, all of which reflect her commitment to developing and nurturing diverse talent and digital skills. Kasia is also a women in tech mentor.

Her career journey includes key roles at two FTSE companies: FDM Group plc, a global professional services provider, and Capita plc, an international BPO and professional services company.

These experiences have given her a deep understanding of emerging tech trends and provided a platform to amplify underrepresented voices in the industry.

Now, in her new role as Head of Culture, Innovation, and Engagement at Diversity Atlas, Kasia is excited to lead their UK market entry, ensuring a smooth and impactful introduction.
