Josie Cluer
Josie Cluer is a Partner at EY, focusing on putting humans at the centre of transformation. She also sits on the external advisory panel for the centre of digital government at the Department for Innovation, Science and Technology, advising the Secretary of State on how government can accelerate its digital, data and technology ambitions. Her career has primarily been in consulting firms, both large and small. She started in quantitative research and modelling, then delivered digital transformation programmes, but quickly realised that without focusing on people, talent, leadership and learning, change doesn’t happen, so she spends her time there. She has also been a special adviser to the Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills, and chairs the policy advisory group of the Future Governance Forum, a new think tank.
She will talk about The Race to Create an AI Powered Organisation. Drawing on the highs and lows of the firm’s AI journey and those of its clients, she will explore how organisations are scaling up their AI capabilities, moving from a “dedicated AI unit” to an “AI way of life”.
