Gerisha is the co-founder and co-host of The Other Half podcast which helps women navigate their careers in tech. She is an experienced Product Operations leader who is currently Senior Director of Product Ops at Bentley Systems and previously headed up the function at Dojo and TrueLayer. She is also the founder and host of Product Ops Podcast which she started in 2021. Gerisha is originally from South Africa and has an MBA from Oxford University.
