Recognized early on as one of the UK’s most promising female engineers, Georgina has since shaped high-impact innovations across Formula 1 at McLaren Racing and AI tech unicorn Tractable, where her proof-of-concept for a global insurer helped secure a $1 billion valuation. She went on to lead multiple engineering teams at Sylvera, scaling backend systems by over tenfold and overseeing core, end-to-end product development. Now, as co-founder and CTO of Maiven, Georgina has raised £1.5 million in pre-seed funding to build AI-driven solutions that guide companies through climate policies, redirecting potential fines into tangible climate action.
