Fran Silavong is an Executive Director in Chief Data & Analytic Office at JP Morgan in London. She is the London Head of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Machine Learning Center of Excellence, a  firmwide function responsible for building, deploying and sharing ML solutions through partnership with businesses within JPMorgan Chase using the latest innovations and methods in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Before joining JP Morgan Chase, Fran was at Bloomberg, holding the role of Lead Data Scientist. Her expertise lies in Large Language Models (LLM), low-latency NLP applications, end-to-end ML delivery, privacy preserving AI and machine learning on source code, and is instrumental in identifying and delivering ROI on ML initiatives.
