Elena is the Managing Director of Corporate Innovation Services at Startupbootcamp, Europe’s biggest startup accelerator. In this role, she works at the intersection of innovation and technology, empowering corporate intrapreneurs to enhance their capabilities and define their (im)possible strategies for AI-powered growth.

Elena partners with some of the world's largest organizations, helping them reimagine their products, services, and business models through collaborations with startups and internal venture-building initiatives. She is passionate about equipping teams with the tools and frameworks needed to harness the transformative potential of AI, ensuring they can drive structured, scalable, and impactful innovation.

Born and raised in Italy, Elena’s curiosity and adventurous spirit led her to live in Tokyo, London, Paris, and Bristol before returning to Italy with two children and an English husband. Today, she focuses on guiding organizations and their intrapreneurs to integrate AI solutions that unlock growth and create meaningful change.
