Claudia Harris is the CEO of Makers, the UK's leading tech talent and training platform. She has previously worked as a partner at McKinsey & Company and as the founding CEO of The Careers & Enterprise Company. She worked in Tony Blair’s Delivery Unit and on the board of the 30% Club. She is passionate about helping people find work that they love and making tech more inclusive - a passion she applies in her role at Makers. Makers supports leading organisations to find great talent, to up-skill their tech teams, and to build proficiency in data and AI among their non-tech teams. Claudia lives in Highbury with her husband and two small children.
