Adrienne Sahota is Vice President of Human Resources for Intercontinental Exchange Inc (ICE).  Adrienne has been in the Human Resources profession for over 25 years and has an MSC in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh and is currently studying HR strategy with Cambridge University Judge Business School.  She has extensive global HR management experience with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, employee relations and culture & conduct.  Adrienne has spent most of this time working in the financial services sector, the last 16 years of which has been spent with ICE.  Adrienne is very family oriented, enjoying nothing better than spending the spare time she does have with her young daughter and husband, this time mainly consumed by playing the endless games that her daughter Maya creates!
