Our aim is to support pharmacies to deliver NHS England’s strategy of helping relieve the pressure on busy GP practices by supporting community pharmacy to deliver front-line patient services. To do this we had to challenge our own practices. From team structure, stakeholder alignment, tooling to testing we had to rethink our approach to support an ever-growing need for accessible healthcare in the community. This is an area of growth and to set ourselves up for success we had to deliver to market faster than ever before in a safe, secure and scalable way to meet demand.
